ReplyDeleteThis WOD always kicks my butt....literally. After the WOD today my rear end was seizing and I was literally rolling from where I dropped after the WOD to where my water bottle was. LOL! I was thrilled to see that I had improved on all aspects since doing this WOD back in Nov. I went up 10lb on my KB wieght, I did more reg push ups and beat my time (even if it was only 24 seconds ;-p LOL
Deceptively nasty to say the least.
