CFG on jumping beans....

Or rather...our first workout with standing long jump. Look at Tammy using her arms to her advantage. Way to go, Tammy!!

It was wet, cold and slippery but everyone worked hard and got it done.

50m walking lunge
100m standing long jump
200m run

  1. Those are the coolest pictures of Tammy!!! WTG girl!!! Tammy, you totally inspire me with your effort and completeness in all you do. Talk about never skimping on range of motion or cheating yourself. I think we all become slackers a bit when we get tired but, not you!! You Rock!!!
