Happy Birthday (big) Josh!!

Yesterday was Josh's birthday, so since Wednesday our rest day, he's getting with birthday workout tonight along with his very own CASH OUT. Josh always gives everything he's got to his workouts.

He's not afraid of pain and discomfort....

And...he leaves it all on the floor when he's done...or at least a lot of sweat is left behind. :) We love you Josh!

  1. 28:56. Six seconds slower than last time but at RX so not horrible. Have to work on my running times.

And yes the burpees after this workout were awful. I thought pukie the clown was going to get several visits.

  3. 29min and change at RX'd weight of 95 for the cleans/pp on Friday's WOD. For giggles I did clapping push ups on the last 3 rounds.

This was a brutal workout, the pushups were negligible at best. It was really just 101 clean/push press for time or 3.33 Helen. My first experience with torn skin, and on top of Mr. Joshua yesterday it means that this weekend is going to be spent walking very funny.

Terrence turned a corner today, it was really fun to see. He stopped resting, he just plowed through trying to find enough oxygen in the room to keep moving. It was great to see someone really push their personal envelope and watch it bend.

Lets see some more wods from these Crossfit Endurance guys, they are nastyfun.
