20 Jumping lunges (10 ea leg)

Wednesday--REST DAY--Enjoy!

  1. Push jerks have really improved from the Oly class. What gets me is that I hold back during our strength workouts so I have more in the tank for our Monday Oly classes. I need to carry the intensity from the Oly class over into the normal wods.

    And this wod had my butt aching the next day. Those lunges were murder.
