We had a BIG FURRY friend scamper in for a workout today. He was quite put out that we didn't want him to stay. But new member (picture coming!) Kenny H. bravely escorted the hairy beast out, twice even, as it kept wanting to come back and stay!

AAAHHHH!!!! I was totally freaked!! Knowing that tarantula's are actually not as dangerous as they look didn't help keep me under control either. Sorry about all the jumping and screaming. ;o)
ReplyDeleteThis workout was great, a complete mental test. I wanted to die at the end of round 4 and kind of blanked out after that until the end.
ReplyDelete38 and change. 245lb dl. 85lb thrust rounds 1-3, and 55lb the rest. Saved the knees for the Oly class.
I tried this Wod the Saturday before this and quit after 4 rounds, right at 25 min. It was good to finish.
