415DL on the first of 3 single rep efforts. Failed twice at 465lb which was my old max. Didn't drive hard enough with my legs and move to the glutes fast enough, wasn't sore so I didn't go hard enough.
5:34 on the Met Con with 115lb.

Great work, Josh! Max'ing out is an interesting beast on how some days it's there and some days…. Next time, PR for sure.
