We do a lot of combining of elements in CrossFit, from pairs of exercises to triplets and on. Today we're doing a classic pair as everyone takes on "Nancy". Running and Overhead Squats just hits everything all while keeping it simple. It's like a classic combo.

The last time I did this WOD has been just shy of a year. I was happy to find that I was able to go up 10lbs on my OHS weight. I was able to go straight through on my OHS and not need to break them up in sets. I can't remember if I was able to run the whole time the last time I did this WOD but, I did run the whole time today. I managed to shave 18sec off my time. :o)
