CFG Closed next week for Spring Break. HOMEWORK Workouts included.......

As last year, we will close for Spring Break. Below is a picture of we did with our week off! :) What are you all doing? What sort of fun do you have planned? Lots of 'active rest' right....to go along with the workouts we planned for you as your Homework.

NOTE: If you have any questions, post them in the comments or email us. You can mix up this order if it works better with your schedule. Just be mindful that you split up your elements, for instance, give yourself a break between burpees and the wod with push-ups. We will be retesting the 5K at the end of our challenge, so make sure you time yourself. For those of you who scale your running...try a 3K instead of a 5K.

  2. I'm going to hope to do the 5k on Wednesday. Link's been sick all day and I couldn't workout. Actually looking forward to my 100 burpees tomorrow after dealing with puke all day today! Here's hoping tomorrow isn't just more of the same and I can workout!

  4. I wish I did have some burpee fun! Link has had other plans for me this week. I'm hoping I get in at least the 5k in before we are back in the box. Last year I did every workout and made up warm ups to go with them. I was so proud that I didn't slack off over spring break. I feel like crap this year. Link may have given me a good excuse but, I can't stand not doing our WOD homework. It puts me in a really bad frame of mind......case in point, I showed terrible weakness at HEB today. So much so I was actually embarrassed at the checkout and rambling on to the cashier all my excuses why I needed to buy all the crap coming down the conveyer belt. ****So Ashamed!!!!****

  5. My rest week is going wonderfully. It fell into St. Patty's nicely as well. The fun part is that right at 6pm I get a huge surge of energy and have nothing to do with it aside of clean the unholy hell out of my house.

    Looking forward to the new week coming up. I am going to do a hike this weekend just to say I wasn't completely lazy.

  6. After the horrible time of 25.19 for just a 3k and the cash out of planks, my neck muscle started really hurting again from pulling it on Friday during the WOD. (Looks like I hurt it more than I thought) It's been painful ever since and I've been resting it as much as possible with having to lift a 28 pound child. Here's to a healing weekend so I can hit the ground running on Monday. ~Alissa
