Molly B. is very special to me and I was thrilled she popped into CrossFit today for a workout with her mom. She worked very hard and had fun at the same time.
And, for her very first CrossFit workout…..Filthy Fifty!!! :) What a little warrior!!

Filthy Fifty
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
28 minutes and change on this one. Over a 7 minute improvement from my last time. It still comes down to the burpees. They suck and rob you of your will to live. But once you finish that 50th one you feel really good. Great end of the year WOD.
