What do you do on a rest day? Really rest, play a sport...work out anyway--Eat cheetos on the couch and watch reality TV? (None of you would do that, would you??) Share your favorite rest day activity.
How about be home on the couch with Strep throat and hoping the penicillin kicks in so you can workout the next day....Wish I had something more fun. Maybe next week I'll have something fun to post from my rest day.

At CrossFit Georgetown there are no mirrors or fancy machines. What we do provide is personal training in a private, semi-private or group setting, using a variety of movements including body weight exercises, weightlifting, kettlebells, calisthenics and walking/running. Each day a different workout is provided and led by a CrossFit Certified Instructor who will scale the workout of the day (WOD) to your appropriate fitness level and coach you throughout the entire workout in both form and function.
William and Ginger met when they were both performing in water ski shows at Sea World San Diego. Fast forward 18 years and they are busy raising 3 children and leading an active lifestyle.
They are both Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainers. CrossFit is their passion and journey--one they want to share with everyone.
