This past weekend were the CrossFit Games and they were AMAZING. This is the first year they were available on live stream so you didn't have to miss a minute. If you did miss anything, the footage is available in their archives which can be found on the CrossFit Games WEBSITE. There you can check out the athletes profiles, see the workouts, check out the results and just get some major motivation by seeing some of the fittest people on earth.

We are going to honor the CF games at CFG this week by experiencing some of the workouts the athletes did in the games. So, get your game face on and compete with the big dogs. :)

That was a good WOD today, I like that we are mirroring the games by doing some of the same workouts--wonder if Tuesday's will be the WOD 2 from the games? I can only hope...
ReplyDeleteLandon and the 6:30AM class--I will not be in the morning class tomorrow, conflict with our schedule. I'll make up the WOD in one of the evening classes. Have fun with it!
Had fun with this one as a make up from doing Monday's Olympic Lifting Class. We worked our snatches so I should have been far better at them than I was. Did the 1st round at 95 with horrid results and dropped to 65 for the 7 and 5 and those were just too easy. I think I should have stuck with the 95 and put my mind into the work.
