CrossFit Georgetown is dedicated to providing our clients with challenging workouts, community support and nutritional guidance so that each one may reach their goals and achieve their own personal success!

Our Class Scedule

Our class times:
Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday

5:15 am (FULL), 6:15 am, 8:30 am, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

***If you are interested in a class time that is currently full, please email us to get on the wait list.

*Wednesday make-up day available with appt.

What is CrossFit


At CrossFit Georgetown there are no mirrors or fancy machines. What we do provide is personal training in a private, semi-private or group setting, using a variety of movements including body weight exercises, weightlifting, kettlebells, calisthenics and walking/running. Each day a different workout is provided and led by a CrossFit Certified Instructor who will scale the workout of the day (WOD) to your appropriate fitness level and coach you throughout the entire workout in both form and function.

William and Ginger met when they were both performing in water ski shows at Sea World San Diego. Fast forward 18 years and they are busy raising 3 children and leading an active lifestyle. They are both Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainers. CrossFit is their passion and journey--one they want to share with everyone.
