12 Deadlift
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks
115lb overhead squat and 350lb deadlift.

ReplyDeleteMy goal is to not say "I can't" and not start every workout with "wait".
ReplyDeleteOnce I achieve these goals I feel I can then move on to easier things like kipping.
