Sorry for disappearing....

So much for my resolution to keep up the blog. BUT--Good News--we are now on FACEBOOK. Search for CrossFit Georgetown and we'll have regular discussion there. I will still keep the blog updated (yeah, you've heard that one before, right?) but the Facebook page gives us another option.



**Here's Ken doing his last 400m run carrying Gwen. Ken needs something to slow him down a bit since he runs like the wind and it's not fair. :) Gwen LOVED it!


**In the next day or two I will be posting all the details for our summer athletic camp. We've been working hard on it and I think it's going to be awesome!!**

  1. At one point Molly suggested that I carry Link for my final run, to which Ginger kindly pointed out the volumn of sweat I generated during my warm up and the fact that around 400m #3 I would be my normal overly sweaty self and poor Link would get a sasquatch sweat bath.

    Molly decided not to scar poor Link for life, wise decision.
