Ah, look, blogger allowed me to upload photos again. Yay! To celebrate, let's welcome some new CrossFitters to our gym family.

Alissa--who's not very new but I finally got a photo of her. :)

I'll officially welcome Chris when I get a photo of him too. It's so fun to add to our CrossFit family. Everyone brings something new to the gym. Everyone has their own unique energy and often new clients will pep things up with fresh motivation.

Wod #1 @115. 10:40 I think, do not have my book in front of me. Squat cleans are just fun, it is one of the few moves where you know when you get it right and when you get it wrong. And doing more than one of them makes it very hard to catch your breath.
ReplyDeleteWod #2. 44lb kb. 8:14. Again a fun workout, when 12 push ups are your rest phase you know you are in for a treat. I kind of kept up with Captain John and Ken for the first run but fell behind very fast, those two are racing snakes.
Wod #3 not posted. 7:11 @115. I tend to move fast through this type of workout.
My rest phase this weekend will consist of hopefully 50 miles of trail. I'll bring some pictures and I will also be sure to wear my kilt this coming week so Ginger can get some good pictures.
Josh
Great work this week, Josh! Can't wait to see the kilt pics. Burpees in a kilt will for SURE make the blog. :) Have fun!
